This concept aims to diversify the solely luxury residential nature of the rest of the Billionaire's Row "pencil skyscrapers".

Aimed to work in harmony with the skyline created by Billionaire's Row skyscrapers, 55west55 aims to revitalize underutilized areas near Central Park, while keeping the complex "people-friendly" by providing shopping areas and restaurants, as well as public space for greenery.
