Joining Billionaire's Row in New York, 55west55 One Pinnacle is a 345 m, 80 floor supertall residential skyscraper. There is also a 21 floor affordable housing building as well as a office and commercial building.
57 Central Park
57 Central Park stands at 312.5 meters tall, rising with quiet clarity at 35 West 57th Street, at the southern edge of Central Park.
Its gray tiled, grid-like façade, with deep horizontal shadows and a disciplined geometry.
1390sixth
Rising 338 m above 6th Avenue of Midtown Manhattan, 1390sixth is a supertall residential tower, just blocks from Central Park.
Its crisp, rhythmic façade of uniform horizontal lines emphasizes both height and restraint, reflecting a disciplined architectural language amidst the city’s most iconic skyline. The building brings refined modernism to one of New York’s most desired addresses.
